I was blown away by the chic design and superb cleanliness. The King bed room was a dream with its plush foam mattress and modern amenities like a big tv and a fridge! After a long day, I loved unwinding by the outdoor pool, soaking up the sun in a cozy lounge chair.

Amazing staff, very welcoming atmosphere.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of serious issues like dirty rooms and unsafe surroundings. While the air conditioning was reliable, the overall atmosphere felt unsettling due to disturbances at night. For a night of rest, it didn't deliver.

Great Value and Comfortable Stay

I had a wonderful experience during my short visit. The staff members, especially Manager Robert and desk staff Eric, were incredibly helpful and professional. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave, and a large flat-screen TV, all at a very reasonable price. The only downside was the roadside location, which could be a bit noisy at times.

We loved exploring the famous River Walk and checking out The Alamo, both just a short drive away. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly, which made our trip even better. A nice pool area for hanging out was a plus too.

One downside was the noise level at night. it could get a bit loud due to nearby traffic and other guests.

Disappointing Experience with Unpleasant Staff

Our one-night stay in the Standard Queen Room was marred by ineffective management and rude service. The staff repeatedly blamed us for their errors, making us feel unwelcome. Additionally, the housekeeping was barely existent, and towel service came at a cost. Look for another option if you value hospitality.

The room was a total disaster. It was dirty with random stuff inside drawers, like syringes. The door barely hung onto the frame, and the sheets had stains on them. Seriously, there was a lot of chaos outside—fights, gunfire, and constant police activity. Forget trying to relax or sleep. it was impossible. Not worth a dime!
